Our Mission - One Mission, One Goal, One Team...
Our mission begins with the safety of our people and ends with the success of our company. The only way to ensure both is to provide the very best, most well-trained people in the industry, support them with extremely well-maintained equipment, and make sure our clients receive the very best, most cost-effective service possible. This company will not compromise the safety of our “team,” nor will we compromise on our efforts to be the best provider of diving services.
“Mission Zero” – Zero harm to people, Zero harm to the environment - Every person, every job, every day…
History
Triton has been serving the subsea needs of the oil & gas industry in the Gulf of Mexico since 1999, and our desire to be the premier diving company in the Gulf of Mexico is rooted in common goals that exist between our clients and ourselves: Safety for all personnel, protection of the environment, compliance with all rules and regulations. It is our uncompromising belief in the execution of these goals that we feel differentiates us from the rest.
Triton Diving provides project management, marine construction, manned diving services, inspection, repair, and maintenance services. And through our marine and well services subsidiaries (Alliance), we can now offer a “one-stop shop” for our clients on all diving and decommissioning projects.
We are “Team Triton".
What's New at Triton
In February of 2018, Triton Diving, LLC was purchased by the “Alliance Companies”. Alliance Energy Services, LLC (AES) and Alliance Offshore, LLC (AO) are service providers in the Gulf of Mexico. AES provides project management, turnkey decommissioning, well plugging and abandonment, coiled tubing services, as well as wireline services; while AO is a provider of Liftboats, OSVs, and Crewboats. Together, the three companies become even more vertically integrated which allows us to offer an even more versatile “one-stop shop” for our clients. One call, one project manager, one safety culture, one invoice, one team.
Roy Buchler was named President of Triton Diving while Ken Brooks was named VP of Diving Operations.
